    2. How to use

    Just run pads under warm water, ring out and massage over entire face. 

    3. Care instructions

    Hand wash with mild soap after each use and hang to dry using loop tag.  For a thorough clean, add heart pads to laundry weekly using the provided laundry bag.  Do not iron.  Do not use bleach.
